A beautiful, elegant soft suede black dress or evening bag from Charles Jourdan.
Square, the bag opens with a flap that lifts up to reveal inner leather interior with one side zipper pocket. Above the pocket is an oval gold plate engraved 'Charles Jourdan Paris Made in France'. Two shoulder length handles secured by a gold fabric loop and done can be removed so that bag can be used as a clutch. These handles are in a soft leather not suede which matches the back of the bag. Two side gussets give the bag width. The bag secures with an inner gold clasp. The outside edge of the flap is scalloped with a suede patch and gold plate engraved 'Charles Jourdan'.
