No, this is not a shoe but it is functional. 

Manolo Blahnik designed this shoehorn for the British home furnishings chain Habitat.  Made from cast aluminum and highly polished the shoehorn is reasonably heavy and able to stand on its own.  A great gift idea for shoe lovers, I use mine as a paper weight on my coffee table and makes for interesting conversation.
