	EURO QUALITY PRELOVED EUROPEAN DESIGNER CLOTHING, SHOES & ACCESSORIES Jeanne Lanvin 1867 - 1946 Britany France Lanvin trained as a dressmaker then as a milliner opening a hat shop in Paris in 1890. She is remembered for her skilful use of embroidery and fine craftsmanship. Her simple chemise dress became the basic outline for the 1920s style dresses.
