Euro reserves the right to decline an order for whatever reason in which case you will be notified by email within 10 working days of receipt of your order. All sales are final and treated on a first come, first served basis. As our pieces are unique the item may have sold prior to your order. Items are dispatched immediately upon clearance of funds to our bank account. All prices are in NZ Dollars and inclusive of GST. We only sell and post within New Zealand.

If your payment is not received within 3 working days after placing your order, then your order may not be fulfilled and the item may be offered for resale. We reserve the right not to fulfill or process any other order received from you.

Euro respects the privacy of our clients and suppliers and will not reveal their indentities without prior consent. Any personal information collected by Euro wil not be shared with any third parties.

Euro items were acquired as part of a model shoot directly form stylists or models, or personally sourced from trusted suppliers. All clothing is previously worn unless otherwise stated. Any imperfections are detailed in the description.

Euro endeavors to offer only authentic designer clothing and is not responsible if
a piece is found to be unauthentic. If there is any uncertainty, then a piece will be identified as a copy and priced accordingly.

Wherever possible, clothing is presented accurately in terms of colour, sizing and condition, however colour may vary on different computer screens. Sizes may vary depending on country and designer origin.

Measurements are taken with clothing laid flat and not stretched. Shoe measurements are from the inside of the shoe, apart from heel height. Euro only accepts clean unspoiled clothing of a high standard.
